Handling Time
Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays) after you get your order confirmation email.
Transit Time
Estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping Charges & Methods
We offer Free Shipping via USPS for all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required to qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Restrictions
We only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided in the email or by logging into your account.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by responding to the order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. At that point, please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning your order after receipt.
Delays
We aim to meet our estimated processing and shipping times, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen due to factors beyond our control. These delays might be caused by high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier issues.
