    Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@enlize.com we will address the issue and make it right for you.

    Exchanges

    If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@enlize.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.

    Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges

    At Enlize, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Here’s what you need to know about shipping costs for returns:

        • Returns Due to Issues (Wrong or Damaged Items): If you receive a wrong or damaged item, or if there is an issue with your order due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

        • Returns Due to Change of Mind or Selection Error: If you decide to return an item because you’ve changed your mind, or selected the wrong size, design, or shipping address, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

      Restocking Fee

      We do not charge any restocking fee for returning products.

      Refunds

      Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
